I’m Dino, founder of Dino Coffee. Since 2020, I’ve been passionately roasting high-quality coffee beans for a growing community of coffee lovers in Leiden and far beyond.

What started as curiosity – roasting coffee in a wok over an open fire during the pandemic – quickly grew into a serious obsession. In 2021, I completed a professional SCA coffee roasting course. Since then, one thing has been clear: mediocre coffee is no longer an option.

Currently, I roast carefully selected specialty coffee on a small scale, averaging 1 to 2 days per month. It's all about quality, taste, and experience.

Our specialty coffees and limited editions are always roasted on-demand. This ensures maximum freshness and quality.

Tip: let your coffee rest for at least 1 week after the roast date (stated on the packaging) for the best flavor. After that, the beans will remain perfectly optimal for up to 4 months.
