Of course, we can't miss a natural-process Ethiopia in 2025. With washed coffee, the pulp is immediately separated from the coffee bean (actually a coffee seed), while with natural coffee, this happens later, or not at all.

Just like the Ethiopian washed grapes, the natural one is naturally delicious. The difference is that the Ethiopian washed grapes emphasize subtle, floral, and aromatic notes, while the natural one focuses on sweet fruits.

In this Chelbesa we taste applesauce, a hint of orange and those nostalgic raisins from the red Sun-Maid boxes.

By the way, this one is also very tasty as a cappuccino.
