This is a special bean from Nyeri, originating from the Gura AA cooperative. Compared to Ethiopian beans, Kenyan beans are larger and grow at lower altitudes. Kenyan beans are also sorted by size and uniformity. The largest and most uniform beans receive the "AA" label.

The Gura AA is a beautiful example of a nicely washed Kenyan coffee, but with a tropical twist. In the cup, you taste mango and red cherry, rounded off with a sweet hint of brown sugar.
